Refund Policy

Where a fee has become due and you cancel or withdraw at any time prior to completion, the fee will still be payable. This is to cover our administration costs. If the fee has already been paid, no refund will be issued.

At our discretion, the fee may be transferred to another application if made within six months of the original signed fee agreement.
